IF YOU WANT AN ALTERNATIVE and exclusive HOLIDAY in contact with nature and away from everything and everyone, this is the house for you.
In a suggestive position, surrounded by greenery and with a wonderful sea view, a typical fisherman's house totally carved out of the rock in the locality of Frontone reachable by sea (about 10 minutes by boat from the port of Ponza to the locality "Il Fortino" from which it is necessary to take a stairway of about 200 steps) or with an off-road car or taxi from the harbour (travel time 15 minutes) plus a pedestrian path of about 10 minutes.
It consists of a double bedroom, bathroom, living room with cooking area and large terrace with a panoramic view of the sea.
To reach the sea you have to go up a staircase of about 200 steps that lead to the rocks of the Fortino bay, or take a path that in 20 minutes leads to the rocks or to the beach of Frontone (fine gravel beach).

La casa grotta è affascinante ed è dotata di tutto il necessario.
La posizione è splendida con una vista mozzafiato sul mare, su Ponza e sul Fortino. La sottostante baia del Fortino è un piccolo gioiello.

La posizione è splendida con una vista mozzafiato sul mare, su Ponza e sul Fortino. La sottostante baia del Fortino è un piccolo gioiello. La casa non è facilmente raggiungibile, come correttamente segnalato, a causa di un percorso in salita con molti gradini. Ma ne vale la pena! Non disponendo di mezzi propri, anche il percorso per raggiungere a piedi la strada provinciale, dove transitano gli autobus pubblici, è piuttosto lungo. Molto apprezzato è stato l'accompagnamento da Ponza ad inizio e fine soggiorno. |

La location è stupenda ha una vista meravigliosa la caletta sotto casa è uno dei posti migliori per nuotare e fare snorkeling. Vengono anche gli stessi ponzesi con la barca quando hanno una pausa proprio per il mare cristallino e pulito. Non è adattosee more

Vengono anche gli stessi ponzesi con la barca quando hanno una pausa proprio per il mare cristallino e pulito. Non è adatto a tutti perchè i 220 scalini non sono facili inoltre anche via terra la strada è sterrata e si ferma al ristorante da Gerardo dopo sono circa 10 minuti a piedi con sali scendi non facili.... Questo vale soprattutto per gli approvvigionamenti come le casse d'acqua e la spesa.....
Comunque in generale è un posto stupendo fuori da tutto e tutti quindi non ci sono rumori molesti etc. è anche vicino alla spiaggia del frontone per chi non avesse un mezzo per muoversi in acqua. |

Sicuramente ci sarebbero delle piante da potare che tolgo parte della splendida vista su Ponza. Inoltre se si potessi utilizzare la stanza chiusa accanto al barbecue potrebbe ospitare meglio le persone perchè la ricezione è molto piccola limitata ad see more

Sarebbe anche da mettere l'aria condizionata ma da utilizzare poche volte perchè il posto è molto ventilato.

Die Lage der Wohnung relativ nahe am Frontone Strand ist ausgezeichet. Durch die regelmässigen Bootsverbindungen ist man schnell im Hafen von Ponza und wieder zurück.

Mi piace la posizione, che permette di raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia del Frontone e una caletta quasi esclusiva. Mi piace la casa, ariosa, fresca, comoda e in stile ponzese. E' un luogo che comporta un po' di impegno fisico, ma la fatica spesa per arrivarci è sempre ripagata dalla sua bellezza.

It was exactly what we were looking for. Away from the crowd yet close to the sea with a wonderful view toward Ponza port. Perfect with our 18 months old. Either a 15min walk to the boat shuttle to the harboura more strenuous walk up to the bus stop.see more
