Description
IF YOU WANT AN ALTERNATIVE and exclusive HOLIDAY in contact with nature and away from everything and everyone, this is the house for you.
In a suggestive position, surrounded by greenery and with a wonderful sea view, a typical fisherman's house totally carved out of the rock in the locality of Frontone reachable by sea (about 10 minutes by boat from the harbour of Ponza to the locality "Il Fortino" from which it is necessary to take a stairway of about 200 steps) or with an off-road car or taxi from the harbour (travel time 15 minutes) plus a pedestrian path of about 10 minutes.
It is divided into two apartments connected with each other and each composed of a living room with cooking area, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The terrace is connected and on two different levels.
It is equipped with simple furnishings and can accommodate up to 9 people. To reach the sea you have to go up a staircase of about 200 steps that lead to the rocks of the Fortino bay, or take a path that in 20 minutes leads to the rocks or to the beach of Frontone (fine gravel beach).
The terrace with a beautiful view of the sea is approximately 50 m² in size, decorated in a Mediterranean style and equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs and partly sheltered by a straw.
